We are delighted to share some details of TVM Meetup · Beijing (although a bit late )~
We held the second event of the 2023 Meet TVM in 中关村, Beijing on June 17th. 195 people registered for the event, and 145 actually attended, which completely beyond our expectations. The atmosphere at the venue was very lively with enthusiastic discussions. Due to limited space and seats, many people even had to stand throughout the presentations.
We are thrilled to have received so much support from our community partners and successfully organized this offline gathering. In September, we plan to hold this year’s third Meetup in Shenzhen. We welcome interested corporate partners to actively contact us and jointly promote the development of TVM technology within the Chinese community~
Thanks @antonia0912 for the comprehensive summary. Allow me to provide some additional insights:
Based on the input received from participants and the local community, there are several shared areas of interest:
There is a growing interest in TVM Unity, particularly due to its adaptability and dynamic shape support. While the MLC-LLM project has laid a solid foundation, the community is seeking a more efficient, extensively documented, and user-friendly codebase. We are actively working towards fulfilling these requirements.
Emphasizing a Pythonic programming approach is crucial for ensuring a seamless user experience, regardless of whether individuals are utilizing TVM or other technical frameworks.
Heterogeneous computing is rapidly gaining importance, and machine learning compilation plays a pivotal role in this context.
Congratulations again on your very successful event in Bejing. We want to renew our invitation to CODAI 2023 in Hamburg, Germany. We were excited to see the enthusiasm and knowledge shared at the Beijing and Shanghai event and we aim to further connect the Asian and European TVM communities.
This year’s workshop will take place in Hamburg, Germany, on September 21, 2023. It will be a hybrid event with both in-person and virtual attendance options.
