[BUG] 404 Not Found about AUTOTVM_TOPHUB_DEFAULT_LOC

The url about tophub is unaccessable now. The code is in here. How could i fix it?

You can git clone from https://github.com/uwsampl/tvm-distro and mv tophub/ to ~/.tvm/tophub.
