Hello, everybody. The next TVM Unity Open Development will be next Tuesday, January 30, at 11:30am PST (19:30 UTC). All are welcome to propose agenda items at the document linked below.
Please note that the February 6 meeting will be a vertical-focused meeting (dealing with LLM applications). We welcome you to propose discussion topics or a presentation to showcase new features!
Current agenda:
- In-place opportunities in the LLM Run-time: [DISCUSS] Inplace and Fusion Opportunities in LLM Runtime (posted by @tqchen)
- Documentation (@slyubomirsky)
- Please review the Relax spec RFC: [RFC] Relax Language Specification by slyubomirsky · Pull Request #106 · apache/tvm-rfcs · GitHub
- Let’s get old tutorials and explanations together and cleaned up for the site
- Revisiting a previous issue: Checking well-formedness after parsing (last discussed Oct. 3) (@slyubomirsky)
- MLC occasionally puts packed calls into DF blocks
- call_pure_packed was added to address this when it’s reasonable
- DF block extraction can be used to simplify this process too
- It would be preferable to check DF blocks after parsing, but let’s ensure it won’t break MLC and other important code

We look forward to seeing you there! We also welcome further volunteers to help @yongwww and me host and take notes.
