For learning , where to buy Arm(R) Cortex(R)-M55 CPU and Ethos(TM)-U55 NPU

now , if i want to do some experiment at the board , i need to buy the hardware . so where to buy it ? for learning , where to buy Arm(R) Cortex(R)-M55 CPU and Ethos™-U55 NPU.

i am not using Fixed Virtual Platform (FVP) , i want a real hardware.
