Andrew has made great contributions, especially to automatic mixed precision (AMP) support and Relay frontends improvements. Andrew is also an easy-to-collaborate person. Specifically, when he files or reviews a PR, he is always open to discuss and accept comments from PR authors and reviewers, which results in a smooth discussion process and could efficiently push the discussion further. In addition, he has been actively participating the forum discussions to address related questions, provide his thought and experience. This greatly helps new community members and makes the community better.
